We are social enterprise guiding marginalized youth in realizing their unique potential using their own ‘inside out’ intelligence.

Using our bespoke InsideOut Intelligence model, we guide youth to identify their Developmental DNA – their unique, foundational building blocks created in their early years. Through their Developmental DNA, their passions and sense of purpose are revealed and their greatest potential uncovered.
